摘要
软磁复合材料(SMC)具有低涡流损耗、各向同性、材料易加工等优点,同时也有高磁滞损耗、低磁导率、低机械强度等缺点。采用SMC材料设计了一款轴向磁通永磁同步电机,为弥补SMC材料磁导率低导致电机转矩密度低的缺点,提出了一种齿部扩张的定子结构提高电机的转矩密度;采用有限元方法对本文提出的结构进行了仿真计算,并与传统的硅钢片电机进行性能的综合比较。研究结果表明,SMC轴向磁通电机具较好的性能和较高的转矩密度。
Soft magnetic composite(SMC)has the advantages of low eddy current loss,isotropy and easy processing.It also has the disadvantages of high hysteresis loss,low permeability and low mechanical strength.An axial flux permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)was designed using SMC material.To compensate for the low torque density caused by the low permeability of SMC material,a stator structure with expanded teeth was proposed to improve the torque density of the motor.The structure proposed in this paper was simulated by finite element method and compared with the traditional silicon steel sheet.The performance of the motor was compared comprehensively.The results show that the SMC axial flux motor has better performance and higher torque density.
