摘要
第二课堂是留学生教育的重要组成部分,其机制灵活,能满足留学生个性发展的需要,是提高留学生综合素质的有效教育方式。以提高留学生的跨文化适应和文化融合为目标,基于U型曲线假说、跨文化适应辩证模式、跨越边际博弈观、以及跨文化敏感发展模型等跨文化适应理论,提出了留学生第二课堂教育实践分四个阶段推进、两个层面开展、以及应注重建立与客居国成员的长效的交流机制。
The second-classroom education is a significant part of the education of international students.Owning to its flexible mechanism,it is apt to satisfy the needs of the international students’personal development,so it is one of the most effective educational ways to improve the overall quality.Aiming to enhance the intercultural adaptation and acculturation of the international students,the thesis proposes that the second-classroom activities for international students should be launched with different emphasis in four phases,and in two aspects,and that a long-term effective communication mechanism between international students and local people should be set up under the second-classroom activities,on the base of the theories of U-Curve Hypothesis,Intercultural Adaptation Dialectical Model,Intercultural Adaptation Boundary Game Hypothesis,and Intercultural Sensitive Development Model.
