新时代培养高素质的思想政治课教师的路径探析

新时代党中央围绕思想政治教育工作提出一系列新思想、新观点和新要求,做出一系列新的重要部署。首先阐述了新时代教师在办好思政课中的重要作用,然后分析了新时代党和国家对思政课教师提出的六点要求,最后提出了新时代培养高素质思政课教师的路径选择,并分别从国家层面、社会层面和个人层面给出对策。通过对新时代加强思政课教师培养的重要性和途径进行研究分析,对加强思政课理论改革创新、思政课教师队伍建设提供了理论依据,为我国的现代化建设奠定了坚实的基础。

Since the 19th National Congress,the CPC Central Committee,with Xi Jinping as its core,has attached great importance to the ideological and political education in China.It has put forward a series of new ideas,new viewpoints and new requirements around the ideological and political education in the new era,and has made a series of new important deployments,which has accumulated strength for the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.This paper expounds the important role of teachers in ideological and political lessons in the new era,analyses the six requirements of the Party and the state for teachers in Ideological and political lessons in the new era,puts forward the path choice of cultivating high-quality teachers in the new era,and gives countermeasures from the national level,social level and individual level respectively.This paper studies and analyses the importance and ways of strengthening the cultivation of Ideological and political teachers in the new era,which provides a theoretical basis for strengthening the theoretical reform and innovation of Ideological and political courses and the construction of Ideological and political teachers'team,and lays a solid foundation for the modernization construction of our country.
