高校创新创业教育改革中大学生素质培养与提升问题研究

Research on Quality Cultivation and Promotion of College Students’in Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Reform

近年来,大学毕业生数量的增长趋势与有限的社会人才需求之间形成了不可调和的矛盾,创新创业成为大学生解决就业问题的主要方式之一。但随着时代的发展和变化,大学生创新创业素质培养与提升的教育亦存在知识结构、心理素质、个性素质、创新创业能力等方面的问题。本文对大学生创新创业素质教育的发展历史与概念内涵进行分析,结合当前大学生创新创业素质培养的现状问题及原因,从大学生个体、家庭、学校、社会等方面提出对策和建议,希冀对大学生创新创业素质的培养与提升有所裨益。

In recent years,there has been an irreconcilable contradiction between the growth trend of the number of university graduates and the limited demand of social talents.Innovation and entrepreneurship have become one of the main ways for college students to solve employment problems.However,with the development and changes of the times,the education and promotion of college students’innovation and entrepreneurship quality also have negative influence factors such as knowledge structure,psychological quality,personality quality,and innovation and entrepreneurship.Facing the difficulties,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions from the individuality,family,school and society of college students based on the analysis of the development history and concept connotation of college students’innovation and entrepreneurship quality education,combined with the status quo and reasons of college students’innovation and entrepreneurship quality training.I hope that the cultivation and promotion of college students’innovation and entrepreneurship quality will be beneficial.
