高校创新创业教育融入法学专业教育研究

Research on Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education into Law Specialty Education

法学专业教育与创新创业教育二者之间存在着内在的关联性和互倚性。法学专业需要引入创新创业教育以促进法学专业教育创新发展,创新创业教育的推进需要依托专业教育才能生根发芽。本文从做好顶层设计、实施分类培养、建设专业课程体系三个方面具体措施入手,提出创新创业教育融入法学专业教育的对策。此外,法学专业与创新创业教育融合必须遵循教育规律,不能偏离学校和专业人才培养目标,同时要注重教育过程,强化学生意识培养,淡化短期效果追求。

There is an inherent correlation and interdependence between the education of law majors and the education of innovation and entrepreneurship.The law major needs to introduce innovation and entrepreneurship education to promote the innovation and development of law major education.The promotion of innovation and entrepreneurship education requires professional education to take root.This article starts with three specific measures:top-level design,implementation of classified training,and construction of a specialized curriculum system,and proposes countermeasures for integrating innovation and entrepreneurship education into legal education.In addition,the integration of lawmajors with innovation and entrepreneurship education must followthe laws of education,and must not deviate fromthe training goals of schools and professionals.At the same time,we must pay attention to the education process,strengthen the cultivation of student awareness,and dilute the pursuit of short-termeffects.
