《中庸》生命伦理思想的当代价值研究——以当前构建和谐医患关系为例

Research on the Contemporary Value of the Bioethics Thoughts of The Doctrine of the Mean——Taking the Current Construction of Harmonious Doctor-Patient Relationship as an Example

《中庸》被称作“孔门传授心法”,是儒家四书五经之一,是中国传统文化的点睛之作。本文以微观角度切入,从宏观角度审视传统文化,提炼出《中庸》所蕴含的生命伦理思想并对其进行深入解读,运用《中庸》生命伦理思想中的常人之道,围绕以“教”、“仁”、“中”、“诚”为核心思想化解包括医德医风建设、医疗决策、医疗干预以及医患诚信中存在的医患矛盾,深度挖掘其当代价值。因此,我们要对传统文化进行新时代的解读,在理论上开拓创新,在实践中顺应发展,努力化解医患纠纷,避免引发医患矛盾,构建和谐的医患关系。

The Doctrine of the Mean,which is called"the heart method taught by Confucius",is one of the four books and five classics of Confucianism and the finishing point of Chinese traditional culture.From the micro perspective,this paper examines the traditional culture from the macro perspective,extracts and interprets the bioethics thought contained in The Doctrine of the Mean,and uses the ordinary people’s way of bioethics thought in The Doctrine of the Mean to solve the problems,including the construction of medical ethics,medical decision-making,medical intervention and the sincerity of doctors and patients,around the core ideas of"teaching","benevolence","middle"and"honesty"The contradiction between doctors and patients in the letter deeply excavates its contemporary value.Therefore,we should interpret the traditional culture in a new era,innovate in theory,conform to the development in practice,try to resolve the disputes between doctors and patients,avoid causing the contradiction between doctors and patients,and build a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.
