Research on the Cultivation of Medical Postgraduate’Civic Consciousness in the New Media Era

本文阐述新媒体背景下培养医学研究生的公民意识的重要意义。通过分析医学研究生公民意识的现状,指出医学研究生在新媒体面前展示出主体意识、权利意识和责任意识不断增强的同时存在着安全意识不足、参与意识薄弱和辨别能力较低的问题。提出通过加强主体意识和法制教育、注重正能量的宣传和引导、提升主人翁意识、培养意见领袖和有效利用文化载体的培养路径来提升新媒体时代医学研究生的公民意识。

This article expounds that the significance of cultivating medical Postgraduate’civic consciousness under the background of new media.Analyzing the current situation of medical postgraduate’consciousness.Indicating that the medical postgraduates show their increasing consciousness of subject,right and responsibility in the face of new media.But,they have the problems of insufficient consciousness of safety,weak consciousness of participation and low ability of discrimination.It is suggested that we should strengthen the subject consciousness and legal education,pay attention to the propaganda and guidance of positive energy,promote the sense of master,train the opinion leader and make effective use of the culture to promote the citizen consciousness of the medical postgraduates in the new media age.
