成绩趋近目标定向对大学生学业拖延的影响——自我控制的中介作用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨成绩趋近目标定向、自我控制和学业拖延三者之间的关系。方法本文采用四分成就目标定向量表当中的成绩趋近目标分量表、自我控制量表(SCS)中文版和大学生学业拖延问卷对363名在校大学生进行施测。结果成绩趋近目标定向、自我控制与学业拖延两两显著相关,成绩趋近目标定向显著负向预测自我控制,正向预测学业拖延,自我控制对学业拖延有显著负向预测作用,自我控制在成绩趋近目标定向和学业拖延之间起部分中介作用,大学生成绩趋近目标定向通过自我控制中冲动控制、健康习惯两个因子间接对学业拖延产生影响。结论从树立合理的成就目标入手,提高学生的自我控制能力,尤其是提高冲动控制和健康习惯的能力,以减轻大学生学业拖延的发生程度。 Objective To explore the relationship between achievement approaches goal,self-control and academic procrastination.Methods Taking 363 college students as subjects,a questionnaire survey was conducted with Achievement approaches goal sub-scales of the Four Divided Goal Orientation Scale,Self-Control Scale Chinese version and College Student Academic Procrastination Questionnaire as the research tools.Results achievement goals,self-control and academic procrastination were significantly correlated with each other.Achievement approaches goal had a significant negative predictive effect on the self-control,which had a positive predictive effect on the academic procrastination.Self-control had a significant negative predictive effect on the academic procrastination.Self-control plays a partial mediating role between achievement approaches goals and academic procrastination,College students’achievement approaching goal orientation has an impact on academic procrastination through the indirect effects of impulse control and healthy habits in self-control.Conclusion We can start with establishing reasonable achievement goals to improve students’self-control ability,especially the ability of impulse control and healthy habits,so as to reduce the degree of academic procrastination of college students.
