糖尿病健康管理的研究进展

Research progress in diabetes health management

糖尿病是常见的内分泌代谢性疾病,是当前威胁人类健康的最主要的慢性病之一。除常规治疗用药,健康管理对于有效减少糖尿病的发展及其并发症的发生均发挥着至关重要的作用。本文对糖尿病的健康管理要素进行综述,旨在促进形成“健康管理—定期监测—防治结合—控制血糖”的良性循环,进一步为糖尿病的诊治提供思路。

Diabetes is a common endocrine and metabolic disease which is one of the most important chronic diseases threatening human health.In addition to conventional therapy,health management plays an important role in effectively reducing the development of diabetes and its complications.This article reviews the health management elements of diabetes,aiming to promote the formation of a virtuous cycle of"health management-regular monitoring-prevention and control-control of blood sugar",and further provide ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of diabetes.
