摘要
目的探讨强化性护理联合健康宣教对高血压合并脑梗死患者的临床价值。方法选取2017年5月~2019年5月我院收治的184例高血压合并脑梗死患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(92例)与观察组(92例),对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用强化性护理联合健康宣教,比较两组的临床指标与神经功能缺损评分、健康知识评分、自我护理能力评分、健康行为评分、住院时间。结果两组患者护理后的舒张压、收缩压、神经功能缺损评分低于本组护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者护理后的健康知识评分(生活起居、饮食、运动、卒中危险因素、卒中处理、卒中先兆、血压控制、服药)、自我护理能力评分(自我护理技巧、自我责任感、自我概念、健康知识水平)、健康行为评分(健康责任、营养、运动锻炼、自我实现、压力管理、人际关系)高于本组护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理后的舒张压、收缩压、神经功能缺损评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理后的健康知识评分(生活起居、饮食、运动、卒中危险因素、卒中处理、卒中先兆、血压控制、服药)、自我护理能力评分(自我护理技巧、自我责任感、自我概念、健康知识水平)、健康行为评分(健康责任、营养、运动锻炼、自我实现、压力管理、人际关系)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论强化性护理联合健康宣教可提高高血压合并脑梗死患者的健康知识水平、自我护理能力,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To investigate clinical value of intensive nursing combined with health education in patients with hypertension and cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 184 patients with hypertension and cerebral infarction were selected in hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were seleced as the subjects,who were divided into control group(92 patients)and observation group(92 patients)by random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received intensive nursing combined with health education.Clinical indexes and neurological deficit score,health knowledge score,self-care ability score,health behavior score,hospitalization time were compared between two groups.Results The diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and neurological deficit scores of the two groups after nursing were lower than those before nursing,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The health knowledge scores(daily life,diet,exercise,stroke risk factors,stroke management,stroke precursors,blood pressure control,medication),self-care ability scores(self-care skills,self responsibility,self-concept,health knowledge level),health behavior scores(health responsibility,nutrition,exercise,self realization,stress management,interpersonal relationship)in two groups after nursing were higher than those before nursing,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and neurological deficit score in observation group were lower than those in control group after nursing,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The health knowledge scores(daily life,diet,exercise,stroke risk factors,stroke management,stroke precursors,blood pressure control,medication),self-care ability scores(self-care skills,self responsibility,self-concept,health knowledge level),health behavior scores(health responsibility,nutrition,exercise,self realization,stress management,interpersonal relationship)in observation group were higher than those in control group after nursing,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospitalization time in observation group was shorter than that in control group after nursing,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intensive nursing combined with health education can improve health knowledge level and self-care ability in patients with hypertension and cerebral infarction,which is worthy of clinical application.
