摘要 介绍全球船舶行业节能减排的现状,国际海事组织未来对温室气体的减排战略以及行业未来对脱碳的应对措施,指明未来船舶绿色化的发展方向。介绍智能船舶的内涵及其对造船业和航运业的预期影响,并从数字化和自主性的角度解释智能船的技术发展路线。通过分享L1(数字化)阶段的国内发展现状以及国外在船舶自主化的研究成果,为智能船的发展提供指导性建议。 The current situation of energy saving and emission reduction in the global shipping industry was instroduced.Future greenhouse gas emission reduction strategy of IMO and the industry’s future response to decarbonization were also introduced,which indicated the direction of the future development of the green ship.The connotation of the smart ships and their strong influence on the shipbuilding and shipping industry were presented and the technical development route of the smart ships was explained from the perspective of digitization and autonomy.By sharing the domestic development achievements in the L1(digital)stage and the foreign research on the autonomous ship,the directional advice for the development of the smart ship was provided.
