摘要
详细介绍对某散货船电力负荷周期性陡增现象后的分析方法和分析过程,结合机理和数据分析的方法,确定引起电力负荷频繁短时波动的主要原因。针对该问题提出压缩空气系统的优化设计方案,并采用数据分析方法,从设备及系统能耗和健康的角度对优化效果进行评估。
The analysis method and process was described in detail after the periodic steep increase phenomenon happened to the electric power of a bulk carrier.According to both mechanical principle and data analysis method,the cause of the frequent and short-term fluctuation of the electric power load was found.The design optimization of air compressor system was proposed accordingly.The data analysis method was adopted to evaluate the optimization effect from the standpoint of the energy consumption and the health of the equipment and the system.
