摘要 根据某型多用途船大开口箱型货舱结构特点,有针对性地布置安装船体应力监测系统,通过该系统的多通道传感器获取船舶营运阶段实时数据,采用数字孪生技术将实船采集的应力监测数据和船舶有限元模型映射与互联,实现营运船舶的船体结构疲劳寿命、不同装载工况下结构强度分析和预测、不同海况下结构应力分布的实时监控和结构安全评估,取得中国船级社智能船体的船级符号。 Based on the characteristics of the large-opening BOX type cargo holds of multi-purpose vessel,the real-time data during the operation was obtained through the multi-channel sensors of the system.The collected hull stress data and the finite element model of the vessel were mapped and interconnected by the digital twinning technology,resulting in the analysis and prediction of the fatigue life time of the hull structure and the structure strength under different loading conditions of the operating ships,the constant monitoring of the structure stress distribution under different sea states,and the structure safety assessment.The intelligent hull notation could be assigned.
