复杂铜锌硫铁型多金属矿铜锌浮选分离 被引量:3

摘要 针对铜锌硫铁型复杂多金属矿原矿锌含量高,采用优先浮铜—锌硫混合浮选后锌硫分离—磁选回收铁工艺铜优先分选效率低、合格锌精矿生产困难、高碱度回水负影响选别作业等问题,以仙人桥矿业有限公司选矿厂生产为实践,通过对选铜流程进行局部改造,采用优化选铜药剂制度,选锌作业降低碱耗及高pH值回水分用等措施进行选矿工艺技术改造。实践表明,流程改造后,采用石灰和亚硫酸钠调控矿浆pH值、改性LC(含木质素磺酸盐类混合物)抑制锌硫并缩短锌矿物浮选时间,可强化铜锌矿物分离,产出锌含量低于6%的合格铜精矿,规避铜产品销售困境。以BK526和石灰组合使用抑硫浮锌,分储分用调控使用锌硫分离高pH值回水,增强锌硫分离作业稳定性,促成锌品位高于40%的锌精矿连续产出,实现了多金属硫化矿物资源优势利用,企业降本增效显著。 In order to solve the problems such as low preferential separation efficiency of copper,difficulty in producing qualified zinc concentrate and negative influence of high basicity backwater on the separation operation during treatment of the copper-zinc-sulfur-iron complex polymetallic ore using Cu-preferential flotation-Zn-S mixed flotation separation-Fe magnetic separation process,the production of Xianrenqiao mineral processing plant was taken aspractice and the process was improved by the partial modification of the flowage structure of Cu-recovery operation as well as an optimization of reagent system,followed by reducing the lime use of the Zn-S separation,and the directional use of high pH value backwater in recent years.The practice shows that after the process transformation,the use of lime and sodium sulfite to control the pH value of pulp,modified LC(containing lignosulfonate mixture)to inhibit zinc sulfur and shorten the flotation time of zinc minerals could strengthen the separation of copper and zinc minerals,produce qualified copper concentrate with zinc content less than 6%,and avoid the sales dilemma of copper products.The combination of BK526 and lime was used to suppress sulfur and float zinc,the regulation of separate storage and separate use was used to separate high pH return water,enhanced the stability of zinc sulfur separation operation,promoted the continuous output of zinc concentrate with zinc grade higher than 40%,realized the advantage utilization of polymetallic sulfide mineral resources,and the enterprise reduced costs and increases efficiency significantly.
