摘要 目的:在新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情防控期间,分化型甲状腺癌(DTC)患者131I治疗专用病房不同于临床普通病房,涉及疫情防控和辐射安全防护.需要对工作流程和防控管理进行优化.方法:根据国家卫生健康委员会颁布的COVID-19诊疗方案,结合131I治疗DTC专用核素病房的工作特点,对COVID-19疫情期间开展核素治疗病房的工作流程和防控工作提出建议.结果:通过对核医学DTC^131I治疗核素病房的特点的分析,制定出疫情防控期间病房工作流程和感染预防与控制管理.结论:通过改进DTC^131I治疗核素病房的工作流程和管理,确保疫情防控期间医务人员和DTC患者在131I治疗期间的医疗安全,满足DTC术后患者131I治疗的迫切要求. Objective:During the period of Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19)epidemic prevention and control,the 131I treatment ward for patients with differentiated thyroid cancer(DTC)is different from the general clinical ward,which involves epidemic prevention and control as well as radiation safety protection.Workflow of the ward and its prevention and control management are needed to be optimized.Methods:Based on the COVID-19 diagnosis and treatment plan promulgated by the National Health Commission and combined with the working characteristics of 131I treatment ward for DTC patients,this paper puts forward suggestions for the workflow as well as prevention and control of radionuclide ward during the current COVID-19 epidemic period.Results:Based on the analysis of the characteristics of 131I radionuclide treatment ward for DTC in nuclear medicine,the work process of the ward and its infection prevention and control management during the epidemic period were formulated.Conclusion:By improving the workflow and management of the 131I treatment ward for DTC patients,the medical safety of medical staff and DTC patients during 131I treatment is ensured,and the urgent requirements of 131I treatment for DTC patients after surgery are met during the epidemic prevention and control period.
