摘要
目的:通过对2例单纯采用透解祛瘟颗粒加减治疗的普通型新型冠状病毒肺炎病例分析,揭示该病的发病规律及中医辨证治疗要点.方法:根据温病卫气营血辨证原则,结合患者症状体征及舌脉象变化,以透解祛瘟颗粒加减治疗.1例为肺卫表证,以疏风透表为主,给邪以出路;另1例为气分湿热并重,故清热解毒并健脾和胃祛湿.2例患者后期均有气阴不足之象,为风热阳邪伤津耗气,故以益气养阴为法.结果:经治疗,2例患者症状都较前明显好转,复查CT显示炎症吸收,新型冠状病毒核酸检测为阴性,病情痊愈出院.结论:早期及时采用透解祛瘟颗粒加减辨证治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎可取得较好疗效.
Objective:To reveal the pathogenesis of Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19)and the key points of TCM treatment for it through analyzing 2 cases of COVID-19 treated with ToujieQuwen granules.Methods:According to the syndrome differentiation principle of Wei Qi Ying Xue of febrile diseases and combining with the changes of symptoms and tongue and pulse signs of patients,the treatment was carried out by the addition and subtraction of ToujieQuwen granules.The syndrome of one case was lung protecting the exterior,and treated mainly by expelling wind and passing through the exterior.The other case was both dampness and heat in Qi,and treated by clearing heat,detoxifying and invigorating spleen and stomach to remove dampness.In the later stage,there was a lack of Qi and Yin observed in both patients,which was caused by injury of body fluid and consumption of Qi due to wind heat and Yang evil,so that we nourished Qi and Yin of patients.Results:The symptoms of 2 patients were significantly improved after treatment.CT image showed inflammatory absorption.The novel coronavirus nucleic acid test was negative.The both patients recovered and have been out of hospital.Conclusion:It is effective to treat the disease by the addition and subtraction of TousjieQuwen granules based on differentiating syndrome on time at the early stage.
