西帕依固龈液联合米诺环素治疗局限型侵袭性牙周炎的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Xipayi Mouth Rinse Combined with Minocycline on Localized Aggressive Periodontitis

目的探讨西帕依固龈液联合米诺环素治疗局限型侵袭性牙周炎的临床效果。方法选取局限型侵袭性牙周炎患者80例,按随机数字表法分为2组:对照组40例,予以西帕依固龈液治疗;试验组40例,予以西帕依固龈液联合米诺环素治疗。比较2组治疗前后牙周牙龈情况、炎性因子水平及治疗效果。结果与对照组比较,试验组治疗后牙周牙龈情况[牙周袋深度(PD)、牙龈指数(GL)、松动度(MD)]显著优于对照组,患者炎性因子(IL-4、IL-6)水平明显下降、治疗总有效率显著升高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论西帕依固龈液联合米诺环素治疗局限型侵袭性牙周炎可明显改善牙周牙龈情况,降低炎性因子水平,疗效显著。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xipayi mouth rinse combined with minocycline on localized aggressive periodontitis.Methods Eighty patients with localized aggressive periodontitis were randomly treated with Xipayi mouth rinse alone(control group,n=40)or in combination with minocycline(experimental group,n=40).Periodontal condition,inflammatory factor levels and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with control group,pocket depth,gingival index and mobility degree were improved,IL-4 and IL-6 levels were reduced and the total effective rate was increased in experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment with Xipayi mouth rinse and minocycline can significantly improve periodontal condition and decrease inflammatory factor levels in patients with localized aggressive periodontitis.
