仿生法在镁合金表面制备珍珠质涂层的性能研究 被引量:1

Study on the Properties of Nacre Coating on Magnesium Alloy Prepared by Biomimetic Method

摘要 采用仿生法在镁合金表面制备了珍珠质涂层,研究了不同预处理方式对珍珠质涂层性能的影响。利用扫描电子显微镜(scanning electron microscope,SEM)表征珍珠质涂层的微观形貌,结果发现镁合金表面形成的珍珠质涂层厚度均匀,珍珠质的质量占分散系15%左右时沉积效果最好;利用电化学工作站表征珍珠质涂层的耐蚀性,结果发现含有珍珠质涂层的镁合金的极化曲线谱图出现钝化区;利用X射线衍射仪(X-ray diffraction,XRD)表征珍珠质涂层的物相结构,结果发现珍珠质涂层主要成分为文石型碳酸钙;利用X射线光电子能谱(X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,XPS)和傅里叶红外光谱(Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,FTIR)表征珍珠质涂层的元素成分和官能团成分,结果发现珍珠质涂层保留了珍珠质中的钙、碳、氮和氧等元素及氨基和羧基官能团。 The nacre coating was prepared on the surface of magnesium alloy by biomimetic method.The effect of different pretreatment methods on the properties of nacre coating was studied.The microstructures of nacre coating were characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results show that the nacreous coatings on the surface of magnesium alloy are uniform in thickness,and the best deposition effect is obtained when the mass fraction of nacreous is about 15%in the dispersed system.The corrosion resistance of nacreous coating was characterized by electrochemical workstation.The results show that the polarization curve of magnesium alloy with nacreous coating performs passivation zone.The phases of nacre coating’s structure were analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD).The results show that the main component of nacre coating is aragonite calcium carbonate.X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)were used to characterize the elements and functional groups of nacreous coating.The results show that the nacreous coating retained calcium,carbon,nitrogen,oxygen and amino,carboxyl functional groups of nacre.
