铝管坯焊接特性对高频铝焊管焊接的影响初探 被引量:1

摘要 将高频焊接原理与作为焊管坯的铝材特性相结合,系统阐述了铝管坯的熔点、热导率、熔解热、比热容、磁导率、高温色泽变化、高温强度、亲氧性以及电流渗透深度等特性在高频焊接中的表现和对高频铝焊管焊接的影响;指出减小焊接挤压辊外径、提高焊接电流频率等措施均能缩短焊接时间,其中减小焊接挤压辊外径的效果最明显。 Combining the principle of high-frequency welding with the characteristics of aluminum product as welded pipe blank,the features of melting point,thermal conductivity,melting heat,specific heat capacity,permeability,high-temperature color change,high-temperature strength,oxygen affinity and current penetration depth of aluminum tube blank in high-frequency welding and their influences on high-frequency aluminum tube welding were systematically expounded.It is pointed out that the welding time can be shortened by reducing the outer diameter of welding and increasing the frequency of welding current,and the effect of reducing the outer diameter of welding squeeze roller is the most obvious.
