某乘用车车内声品质优化 被引量:1

Optimization of Interior Sound Quality of a Passenger Vehicle

摘要 针对某款1.8 L自然吸气乘用车在三挡急加速工况下车内噪声整体偏高的声品质问题,采用LMS Test.lab软件搭配LMS数据采集器对车内前排、车内后排及排气尾管噪声进行测试,并对数据进行处理分析得到排气尾管噪声对车内噪声50~600 Hz频率段影响较大,通过优化排气系统消声器内部结构,提升消声器的中低频降噪性能,并利用GT-Power分析其传递损失.经试验验证得到优化后的排气系统尾管噪声在1200,2400,3200,4200 r/min下明显改善,同时车内噪声峰值得到降低,车内声品质提升. In order to solve the overall high sound quality problem of a 1.8 L naturally aspirated passenger car under the condition of rapid acceleration in third gear,LMS Test.lab software and LMS data collector were used to test the noise of the front,rear and tailpipe in the car,and the data were processed and analyzed.Exhaust tailpipe noise has a great influence on the frequency range of 50~600 Hz of vehicle noise.By optimizing the internal structure of the muffler of the exhaust system,the low and medium frequency noise reduction performance of the muffler was improved,and its transmission loss was analyzed by GT-Power.The optimized tailpipe noise of exhaust system is obviously improved at 1200,2400,3200 and 4200 r/min,and the peak value of in-vehicle noise is reduced,thus improving the in-vehicle sound quality.
