基于振动法的砂岩质水泥稳定碎石力学性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 为揭示砂岩水泥稳定碎石力学特性,基于垂直振动原理成型试件,对岩石类型、水泥掺量、养生龄期等对抗压强度及劈裂强度的影响规律进行研究.基于软化系数指标,对砂岩水泥稳定碎石的水稳定性影响因素进行分析.结果表明:砂岩产地及水泥掺量影响水泥稳定碎石基层力学特性;4.0%的水泥掺量是无侧限抗压强度随养生龄期变化曲线的转折点;软化系数与砂岩水泥稳定碎石的养生龄期前期正相关,达到峰值后软化系数呈现下降趋势.不同产地的砂岩水泥稳定碎石力学性能符合规范要求时,可进行基层的施工. In order to reveal the mechanical properties of sandstone cement stabilized macadam,the influence of rock type,cement content and curing age on the compressive strength and splitting strength of the specimen was studied based on the principle of vertical vibration.Based on the index of softening coefficient,the influencing factors of water stability of sandstone cement stabilized macadam were analyzed.The results show that sandstone origin and cement content affect the mechanical properties of cement stabilized macadam base.4.0% cement content is the turning point of the unconfined compressive strength curve with curing age.The softening coefficient is positively correlated with the curing age of sandstone cement stabilized macadam,and shows a downward trend after reaching the peak value.When the mechanical properties of sandstone cement stabilized macadam from different producing areas meet the specification requirements,the construction of base course can be carried out.
