摘要
为了缓解大型节假日返乡潮期间中小城市呈现的机动车辆停车乱象及其引发的动态交通问题,通过大型节假日中小城市居民出行调查、返乡驾驶员的停车偏好调查,在对中小城市内停车设施设置特点及大型节假日期间的停车需求分析的基础上,对开放节假日期间的部分闲置场所作为临时停车场的可行性进行了研究,建立了基于EWM的应对返乡潮的中小城市临时停车场优选模型.实证分析表明,本模型方法应用后城市内日均占道停车数减少约91%,临时停车场日均车位占用率达84%,模型使用效果良好.
In order to alleviate the chaos of motor vehicle parking and the dynamic traffic problems caused by it in small and medium-sized cities during large holidays when returning home,based on the survey of residents’travel in small and medium-sized cities during large holidays and the survey of parking preference of returning drivers,and on the basis of the analysis of the characteristics of parking facilities in small and medium-sized cities and the parking demand during large holidays,the feasibility of using some idle places during open holidays as temporary parking lots was studied.And the optimal selection model of temporary parking lots for small and medium-sized cities in response to returning home tide based on EWM was established.Empirical analysis shows that after the application of this model method,the daily average number of parking spaces in the city is reduced by about 91%,and the daily average occupancy rate of temporary parking spaces is 84%.The model is effective.
