温升试验室大电流试验系统的设计和研究 被引量:6

摘要 随着近年来电器技术和电力需求的不断发展,大电流检测能力瞬时可达40kA以上,长期可达4kA。为满足长远发展要求,开发一套能满足更大电流的试验装置迫在眉睫。基于此,本文研发了一套基于多磁路-调压器的大电流试验系统,该系统瞬时电流为120kA(单相,能够满足试验波形要求),长期电流为12kA(三相,能够满足稳流调节),满足开关电器特性试验以及温升试验的需要。经过实际验证,该系统达到了设计要求。 With the continuous development of electrical technology and power demand in recent years,the detection capacity of large current can reach more than 40 kA instantaneously and 4 kA for a long time. In order to meet the requirements of long-term development,it is urgent to develop a set of test equipment that can meet the needs of higher current. Based on this,a large current test system based on multi magnetic circuit voltage regulator is developed in this paper. The instantaneous current of the system is 120 kA(single-phase,which can meet the requirements of test waveform),and the long-term current is 12 kA(three-phase,which can meet the requirements of steady current regulation), which can meet the needs of the characteristics test and the temperature rise test of the switchgears. After practical verification,the system meets the design requirements.
