摘要
在冬季冷空气的影响下,空冷凝汽器可能会遇到冻结的危险。本文针对电站直接空冷凝汽器冬季易发生冻结的问题,提出了一种新型可视化的温度监控系统。根据红外热成像原理,该可视化温度监控系统可以实时准确地显示空冷凝汽器管内介质的温度分布,从而可及时采取适当措施以避免冬季冻结工况的发生。
Under the influence of cold air in winter,the air condenser may encounter the danger of freezing. In this paper,a new visual temperature monitoring system is proposed to solve the problem that the direct air-cooled condenser is easy to freeze in winter. According to the principle of infrared thermal imaging,the visual temperature monitoring system can accurately display the temperature distribution of the medium in the tube of the air-cooled condenser in real time,so that the appropriate measures can be taken in time to avoid the occurrence of freezing conditions in winter.
