摘要
智能监控在对现场人员的安全监控和关键设备的集中监控以及故障分析、预警自控能力、信息处理等方面具有重要作用。在传统监控基础上通过应用卷积神经网络的深度学习算法训练模型,主要针对钻机现场人员进行智能防护,建立起基于智能视频分析技术的钻机监控信息管理系统。实践应用表明,该智能监控系统可在数字钻机控制中取得良好效果,具有很高的实际应用价值,在一定程度上可节约人力成本,对提高数字钻机现场运行安全具有十分重要的意义。
Th e intelligent monitoring plays an important role in the safety monitoring of field personnel,the centralized monitoring of key equipment,the fault analysis,the early warning and self-control ability,the information processing,etc.. On the basis of the traditional monitoring and by applying the in-depth learning algorithm training model of the convolutional neural network,a drilling-rig monitoring information management system based on intelligent video analysis technology is established to mainly carry out the intelligent protection for the drilling-rig field personnel. The practical applications shows that the intelligent monitoring system can achieve good effect in the control of the digital drilling rig,and it has high practical application value,also can save the labor cost to a certain extent,and it is of great significance to improve the safety of the field operation of the digital drilling rig.
