摘要
针对第六届全国大学生工程训练综合能力竞赛中"S"型赛道新要求,紧密围绕比赛主题,基于赛道路径理论分析和无碳小车机械结构优化设计,采用MATLAB计算仿真与Solidworks软件虚拟样机建模的方法,重新设计了小车越障新路径,建立了小车整体结构模型。比赛实践证明,设计的无碳小车具有灵活的越桩性能和长距离行进路径。
In view of the new requirement of"S"track race in the 6 th national college students’engineering and comprehensive training ability competition,this paper closely focused on the theme of competition,based on the theory analysis of track path and the mechanism optimization design of the carbon-free vehicle,redesigns the new track and establishes the whole structural model by calculation of MATLAB and modeling simulation of Solidworks.The practice of the competition proves that the designed car has flexible performance in overcoming the various distance obstacles and capacity of moving long distance.
