Research on Oil Gas Separator in Automobile Fuel Tank

设计了一种油气分离器,包括设置壳体内的导流板。导流板将壳体内部分割成迷宫式通道,迷宫式通道的首尾两端分别开设有进气口和出气口。壳体的底部开设有回油孔,且回油孔处设置有与其配合的单向阀组件。单向阀组件包括可将回油孔封闭或打开的阀芯,油气分离器通过在壳体的底部开设回油孔,使得随油气进入壳体内腔的燃油可从回油孔回流至油箱内,避免燃油进入碳罐对碳罐造成影响,从而改善国六汽车燃油箱的燃油蒸发排放。

In this paper, an oil-gas separator is designed, including a guide plate which is arranged in the shell. The guide plate cuts the part of the shell into a labyrinth channel. The first and the last ends of the labyrinth channel are respectively provided with an air inlet and an air outlet, the bottom of the shell is provided with an oil return hole, and the oil return hole is provided with a one-way valve assembly matched with it. The one-way valve assembly includes sealing or punching the oil return hole With the open valve element, the oil-gas separator opens the oil return hole at the bottom of the shell, so that the fuel entering the inner cavity of the shell with the oil gas can return to the tank from the oil return hole, so as to avoid the impact of the fuel entering the carbon tank on the carbon tank and improve the fuel evaporation and emission of the fuel tank of the sixth automobile.
