摘要
平板裂缝天线具有质量轻、低副瓣和高增益等显著优点,在地面、航空、航天雷达系统领域得到了广泛应用。某雷达平板裂缝天线尺寸小、集成度高、结构复杂、精度要求高,导致该天线的加工和装配实现难度大。因此,介绍该天线的结构特点,并给出工艺设计分析,通过控制零件加工装配内在因素和外在因素来保证真空铝钎焊装配精度,具体研究了低刚性、高精度、薄板类零件精密加工和天线真空铝钎焊精密成型控制等关键工艺技术。
Plane slotted-array antenna is widely used in the field of ground, aviation and space radar system due to the light weight, low sidelobe and high gain. An airborne plate slot array antenna is described by a small size, high integration, complicated shape and high accuracy. So it is difficult to make a careful processplanning and carry it out. In this paper, the structure characteristics and the process design is analyzed. The precision of vacuum aluminum brazing is guaranteed by controlling the internal and external factors parts processing and assembling. The key process technologies such as low rigidity, high precision, thin plate parts precision processing and antenna vacuum brazing precision forming control are studied in detail.This scheme is proved feasible by practice, which can be used for reference indevelopment of the similar antenna array.
