摘要
为解决传统表面淬火工艺变形开裂的技术瓶颈,通过分析某型装备涡轮轴结构、材料及使用工况,开展激光表面淬火工艺应用研究。结果表明,激光表面淬火可获得超细组织,对提高该涡轮轴动摩擦面耐磨性和稳定固有几何精度具有良好作用。
In order to solve the technical problem of the deformation and cracking in traditional surface quenching process,,the,laser surface quenching technology is studied and applied by analyzing the structure,material and working condition of the turbine shaft for certain equipment.The results show that ultra fine structure can be obtained by laser surface quenching,which has a good effect on improving the wear resistance of the dynamic friction surface of the turbine shaft and stabilizing the inherent geometric accuracy.
