摘要
为了探究磁流变液的失效诊断依据,需进一步深入研究磁流变液的剪切应力特性。因此,设计搭建了磁流变液剪切应力测试平台,配置了多组体积分数的磁流变液并进行剪切应力测试。实验结果表明:剪切应力的大小与磁流变液磁性颗粒初始体积分数相关;体积分数越大的磁流变液,其剪切应力越大,并可通过测试剪切应力的值判断磁流变液是否失效。
In order to investigate the failure diagnosis basis of magnetorheological fluids, the shear stress characteristics of magnetorheological fluids need to be further studied. A shear stress test platform for magnetorheological fluid was designed and constructed, and multiple groups of volume fractions of magnetorheological fluid were configured and tested for shear stress. The experimental results show that the shear stress is related to the initial volume fraction of magnetic particles;the larger the volume fraction is, the greater the shear stress is, and the failure of the MRF can be judged by testing the shear stress value.
