球杆仪机床误差诊断结果的指导意义探析

Superficial Analysis of the Guiding Significance of Ball-Bar Diagnosis to Practical Maintenance

长期从事球杆仪检测及机床误差诊断与维修工作发现,球杆仪机床误差诊断结果在某些情况下对实际维修的指导性不强、相关性不高。举例说明发生上述情况产生的原因,提出有效的机床误差检测办法。实际应用表明,球杆仪误差诊断在新机调整过程中应用较广,但在终端用户特别是服役多年的机床误差诊断方面与实际维修的相关性有待提高。

According to the long time work of Ball-bar test and machine tool error diagnosis and maintenance, discover that the diagnosis results of ball-bar sometimes are not strong guidance for the practical maintenance, the relevance between diagnosis results and practical maintenance are not very high. In this text, clarify reasons of the above phenomenon, and propose the effective method for error diagnosis of machine tool;practical application shows that the ball-bar diagnosis is effective for the new machine tool’ alignment, but for the end users especially for the machine tools that armed many years the relevance between diagnosis results and practical maintenance need to be improved.
