深孔内锥面加工工艺研究

摘要 介绍喷油器体零件深孔内锥面的车削加工,讲述相关加工方案、刀具结构设计、过渡刀座结构设计以及加工程序方案。通过刀具结构和加工方案研究,实现了产品加工,并保证了产品的加工质量。 In this paper,we mainly introduce the turning method of the deep hole inner cone of the oil injector body,and describe the machining plan,the design of the cutter structure,the design of the transition cutter seat structure and the machining program scheme.Through the research of tool structure and machining scheme,we have realized the product machining and guaranteed the processing quality of the products.
