机械加工工艺的技术误差问题及对应策略浅谈 被引量:10

摘要 伴随着我国经济的不断发展,我国的机械行业取得了一系列创新,但依然会出现定位误差、器具误差等各种问题,再加上加工过程中的加工工艺不足,导致加工工件的精确度受到了影响,因此要对机械加工工艺生产中出现的各种误差和问题采取一系列措施。本文围绕机械加工工艺的技术误差问题及应对策略展开讨论,提出几点思考,旨在进一步促进我国机械加工工艺领域相关工作的进步发展。 With the continuous development of China’s economy, China’s machinery industry has obtained a series of innovations, but various problems such as positioning errors and appliance errors will still occur. In addition, due to the lack of processing technology in the processing process, the accuracy of the processed workpiece has been affected. Therefore, a series of measures should be taken to solve all kinds of errors and problems in the production of machining process. This paper discusses the technical errors of machining process and corresponding strategies, and puts forward some thoughts, aiming to further promote the progress and development of related work in the field of machining process in China.
