Two-way Bridge Crane Installation Technology of Shatuo Ship Lift

沙沱升船机主机房布置1台1250/2×150kN双向桥机,主桥架长37m。受限于沙沱水电站运输条件,桥架采用厂内分段制造、现场拼装的安装方式。文章将详细介绍升船机双向桥机的吊装、安装和负载试验,以期为今后升船机大型桥式起重机安装、调试提供经验。

The main machine room of the Shatuo ship lift is equipped with a 1250/2 x150 kN two-way bridge crane. The length of the main bridge is 37 m, which is limited to the transportation conditions of the shatuo hydropower station. The bridge is made in sections in the factory and assembled on site.This paper introduces in detail the hoisting, installation and load test of the ship lift twoway bridge cranes, providing experience for the installation and commissioning of the ship lift large bridge cranes in the future.
