针对运维人员因安全运维意识不足而引起的各类违规事故,建立了运维人员行为合规联动预警系统。系统可以对运维人员操作的合规性做出评价,并且可以规范运维人员按时到岗和操作管理,提高信息系统的可用性和生产数据的安全性。文中阐述了本系统的各项功能需求,明确了运维人员行为合规联动预警系统要达到的目标以及达到目标所需要的条件。

In view of all kinds of illegal accidents caused by the lack of safety awareness of operation and maintenance personnel, a linkage early warning system for the behavior of operation and maintenance personnel is established. The system can evaluate the operation compliance of operation and maintenance personnel, and can standardize the operation and maintenance personnel to arrive on time and operation management, and improve the availability of information system and the security of production data.
