摘要 电连接器用形状较复杂的微小结构零件,一般带有扁或端面直槽。由于结构微小,多工序加工时无法进行二次装夹,因此加工十分困难。特别是加工扁、直槽工序后的去毛刺工作,由于结构限制,工艺方法以手工为主,工人劳动强度大,生产周期长。为解决上述生产问题,充分开发、利用现有自动化加工设备及技术,在数控自动机设备上进行车、铣、钳复合加工,能够一次加工成型,节约成本,降低操作失误率,分担工人劳动强度,提升产品质量和生产效率。 The micro structure parts with complex shape for electrical connector generally have flat or straight groove on the end face. Because of the small structure, it is impossible to carry out secondary clamping in multi process processing, so the processing is very difficult, especially the deburring work after the flat and straight groove processing. Due to the structure limitation, the process method is mainly manual, the labor intensity of workers is large, and the production cycle is long. In order to solve the above production problems, and to fully develop and utilize the existing automatic processing equipment and technology, turn, mill and clamp composite processing can be carried out on the CNC automatic machine equipment, which can achieve one-time processing and forming, realize cost saving, reduce the operation error rate, share the labor intensity of workers, improve product quality and improve efficiency.
