摘要
逆向工程技术是在对产品实物进行测量和分析的基础上,逆向反求产品的设计数据的过程。主要介绍高职数控技术专业逆向工程技术课程的设置及整体设计,并以叶轮为例,详细介绍了课程项目组织。逆向工程技术课程涵盖逆向设计、正向创新设计、产品试制等内容,为培养学生创新能力和创新意识、提高学生综合实践能力打下了良好基础。
Reverse engineering technology is the process of reverse reverse engineering product design data based on the measurement and analysis of the product.This paper mainly introduces the setting and overall design of reverse engineering technology course of numerical control technology major in higher vocational education,and takes impeller as an example to introduce the project organization of the course in detail.Reverse engineering technology course covers reverse design,positive innovation design,product trial production and other contents,which lays a good foundation for cultivating students’innovation ability and consciousness,and improving students’comprehensive practice ability.
