文化自信构建下高校工会创新工作路径研究

Research on Innovative Work Path of College Labor Union under Cultural Confidence Construction

在文化自信构建的时代背景下,充分发挥高校的文化传承功能,有效发挥高校工会文化引领作用,是高校工会面临的重要课题。结合当前高校工会在引领文化自信构建方面的困境及国内外学者的研究成果,提出三重主体协同的工作路径。创新工会工作模式和活动内容,可以有效调动个体、二级工会和校工会的主观能动性,破解高校工会活动形式创新难题,更好地发挥工会“维护、参与、建设、教育”四项社会职能,凝聚学校力量打造文化建设高地,并为其他高校工会工作提供有益的参考。

How can university and college fully inherit Chinese culture?How university and college union can effectively lead the new cultural trend?These are two important issue in cultural confi dence construction for university and college unions.Combining the current dilemma and the research results of scholars at home and abroad,this paper proposes triple subject synergy,which provides useful reference for other unions.In this way,unions in universities and colleges can mobilize the subjective initiative of faculty,staff members,and secondary unions.It is easier for unions to innovate activities and play its maintenance,participation,construction and education functions.By consolidating the strength of schools,college unions can innovate its work mode,create new activities and a role model for cultural construction.
