Archives play an indispensable role in the development of trade union,such as upholding the party's leadership and drawing wisdom.This paper provides suggestions and ideas for the development and utilization of union archives and its use of education in the era of media integration,from the perspectives of coordinating the construction of the online and offl ine labor movement history museum,giving new vitality to union archive resources with new media technology,and building a network matrix to form a powerful synergy effect.
