基于不同骨料作用下的环氧抗滑薄层抗滑性能分析 被引量:3

摘要 该文分别以彩色陶粒、煅烧铝矾土、玄武岩三种3~5mm单粒径颗粒作为双组份环氧树脂抗滑薄层的粗骨料,通过室内7h加速加载磨耗试验,研究了三种不同骨料的抗滑薄层的抗滑衰减规律。研究结果表明:三种骨料下的环氧抗滑薄层前期(约3h)抗滑性能衰减较快,BPN与TD值下降较快,属于衰变突出期;后期(3h后)抗滑性能衰减趋势减缓,BPN与TD值趋于稳定,属于衰变稳定期。上述三种骨料的环氧抗滑薄层经过7h加速加载磨耗试验后,BPN值均在60以上,TD值仍在1.5mm以上,结合质量损失试验(磨耗量)结果,表明三种骨料的环氧抗滑薄层具有较好的抗滑和耐磨性。 The three kinds of particles with the single particle diameter of 3-5 mm--colored ceramsite,calcined bauxite,and basalt are used as the coarse aggregates of two-component epoxy resin anti-sliding thin layer to investigate the anti-sliding attenuation law of the anti-sliding thin layer of the three different aggregates through the indoor 7h accelerated loading and abrasion tests.The research results showed that the anti-sliding properties of the epoxy anti-sliding thin layer under the action of the three aggregates decayed rapidly in the early stage(approximately 3 hours),and the BPN and TD values decreased rapidly,which belonged to the decay period.In the later period(after 3h),the decay trend of anti-skid performance slowed down,and the BPN and TD values tended to stabilize,which belonged to the decay stabilization period.For the epoxy anti-sliding thin layer of the above three aggregates after the 7h accelerated loading and abrasion test,the BPN value is above 60,and the TD value is still above 1.5mm,which,combined with the quality loss test(abrasion)results,shows that the epoxy anti-sliding thin layer with the three aggregates has excellent anti-sliding performance and wear resistance.
