摘要
装配式预制混凝土外挂墙板设计相关规范、规程的滞后,给工程应用带来挑战。目前,国内针对预制混凝土外挂墙板的设计,多是参考台湾润泰或者日本,但此二者均属于地震高烈度区,与国内多烈度区并存的情况有所不同。该文对转动式预制混凝土外挂墙板的受力特性进行了研究,从理论上引出转动式预制混凝土外挂墙板传统节点做法可能存在的问题,并通过框架算例进行了验证。对转动式预制混凝土外挂墙板传统节点做法提出改进建议,为类似预制混凝土外挂墙板设计提供参考。
The related codes and standards for the design of the precast concrete wall panels are lagging behind,which pose challenges for engineering applications.Nowadays,most precast concrete wall panels are designed under methods of Ruentex Group of Taiwan or Japan.However,the two regions are frequently stricken by earthquakes,and different from the similar domestic zones.This paper studies the mechanical performance of the rotary-type precast concrete wall panels,induces theoretically the potential problems in the traditional joint method for rotary-type precast concrete wall panels,and verifies through the frame case.Furthermore,suggestions for the improvement of the traditional joint method of rotary-type precast concrete wall panels are presented to provide a reference for the design of similar precast concrete wall panels.
