影响高血压患者降压药物服用依从性的相关因素分析

Analysis of related factors influencing compliance of taking antihypertensive drugs in patients with hypertension

目的:分析影响高血压患者降压药物服用依从性的相关因素,以指导临床进行有效干预。方法:选取350例高血压患者为研究对象,自制一般调查问卷,通过问卷填写的形式,记录患者一般情况,判定高血压患者依从性情况,并经多项Logistic回归分析影响高血压患者降压药物服药依从性的相关因素。结果:350例患者中服用降压药物依从性好的有207例(59.14%),依从性差的143例(40.86%)Logistic分析显示影响高血压患者降压药物服用依从性的单因素包括:患者年龄≥65岁、文化程度低、服药种类多、病程长、有并发症、无家庭支持、无家庭医生、饮食习惯差、心理状态差、不良反应不耐受(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,年龄≥65岁、文化程度低、服药种类多、病程长、有并发症、不良反应不耐受均是影响高血压患者服药依从性的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:高血压患者的年龄大、文化程度低、服药种类多等因素可能导致服药依从性差,应引起临床的高度重视。

Objective: To analyze related factors influencing compliance of taking antihypertensive drugs in patients with hypertension in order to guide clinical intervention. Methods: 350 patients with hypertension were selected as the research objects. A self-made general questionnaire was used to record the patients’ general situations in order to determine the compliance of the patients with hypertension. Then, the multiple Logistic regression analysis was performed to analyze the related factors influencing the compliance of taking antihypertensive drugs. Results: Among the 350 patients, 207(59.14%) had good compliance of taking antihypertensive drugs, and 143(40.86%) had poor compliance. The multiple logistic regression analysis showed that the single factors influencing the compliance of antihypertensive drugs in patients with hypertension included, the patient’s age ≥ 65, low educational level, many types of medication, long course of disease, complications, lack of family support, lack of family doctor, poor dietary habits, poor mental state, and intolerance of adverse reactions were the risk factor that affected the compliance in the patients with hypertension(P<0.05). The multiple logistic regression analysis showed that the patient’s age ≥ 65, low educational level, many types of medication, long course of disease, complications, and intolerance of adverse reactions were the risk factor that affected the compliance in the patients with hypertension(P<0.05). Conclusions: For the patients with hypertension, the factors, such as old age, relatively lower educational level, and many complications, may lead to poor medication compliance. Therefore, it should be highly paid attention to by the clinic.
