综合护理对胃大部切除术后患者肠蠕动的影响

Effects of comprehensive nursing on intestinal peristalsis of patients after subtotal gastrectomy

目的:观察综合护理对胃大部切除术后患者肠蠕动的影响。方法:选择80例胃大部切除术后患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各40例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予综合护理,比较两组护理优良率、临床相关指标水平、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及并发症发生率。结果:观察组优良率为95.0%,明显高于对照组的72.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后肠鸣音、肛门排气恢复时间及住院天数均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后24 h,观察组VAS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为0,明显低于对照组的15.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理基础上采用综合护理可提高胃大部切除术后患者护理优良率,改善肠蠕动功能指标水平,降低并发症发生率,效果优于单纯常规护理效果。

Objective: To explore effects of comprehensive nursing on intestinal peristalsis of patients after subtotal gastrectomy. Methods: 80 patients after subtotal gastrectomy were selected as the research objects, and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, 40 cases in each. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given the comprehensive nursing. Then, the nursing excellent and good rate, the levels of clinical related indicators, the visual analogue scale(VAS) score and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results: The excellent and good rate of the observation group was 95.0%, which was significantly higher than 72.5% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The postoperative bowel sounds and anal exhaustion recovery time as well as hospitalization days in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). 24 hours after the surgery, the VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Further, the incidence of complications in the observation group was 0, which was significantly lower than 15.0% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions: For the patients after subtotal gastrectomy, the comprehensive nursing based on the routine nursing can improve the nursing excellent and good rate, improve the levels of intestinal peristalsis function indexes and reduce the incidence of complications. Moreover, it is superior to simple routine nursing.
