基于共享经济下的体验式历史建筑改造——以庄市老城区为例

RESEARCH ON EXPERIENCE-BASED RECONSTRUCTION OF HISTORIC BUILDINGS BASED ON SHARED ECONOMY:A CASE STUDY OF THE OLD TOWN OF ZHUANG SHI CITY

体验式古建筑能在最大程度上让古建筑适应城市的发展和演变,并且实现历史民居建筑街区中体验式商业的融入。文章围绕着古建筑商业化展开,从研究古建筑保护改造理论,古建筑街区商业化现状、体验式商业空间特色打造方法入手,结合国内外优秀改造案例,并以宁波庄市街道为例进行体验式古建改造分析。总结出在古建筑街区中植入体验式商业功能的设计原则和手法。构建出体验式古建筑改造的理论框架。

Experiential ancient architecture can adapt the ancient architecture to the development and evolution of the city to the greatest extent,and realize the integration of experiential commerce in the historic residential building blocks. This paper focuses on the commercialization of ancient buildings. Starting from the research on the theory of protection and renovation of ancient buildings,the current situation of commercialization of ancient buildings and the building method of experiential commercial space characteristics,combined with excellent domestic and foreign renovation cases,and took ningbo zhuang street as an example to analyze the experiential reconstruction of ancient buildings. It summarizes the design principles and methods of implanting experiential commercial functions in ancient architectural blocks.The theoretical framework of experiential ancient architecture reconstruction is constructed.
