摘要
为研究我国中老年住院患者群体在住院过程中的生活方式与人群特征。使用基于群体文化学的半参与式观察法,对一名典型患者进行了为期8个月的跟踪调研。构建了该人群基于目标导向视角(Goal-directed Perspective)的用户原型(User Archetype)。提供了大量有代表性的用户研究数据和一个可在医疗服务设计中使用的角色原型。
To study the life style and population characteristics of elderly inpatients in China. A typical patient was followed for 8 months using a Semi-Participatory Observation method based on Ethnography. It builds a User Archetype from the goal-directed Perspective. Provides a large number of data of user research and a prototype can be used in the medical service design role.cation,and it is the manifestation of people’s comprehensive education.
