摘要
为了提高管桩端板毛坯件焊接生产效率,需设计一条自动化焊接生产线,由于毛坯件在锯床锯割完毕后,在上下缝的两个表面上会存在翘曲,所以压焊机构设计尤为重要,文中设计了管桩端板的压焊机构模型,并应用ANSYS Workbe nch软件对其毛坯件受压进行结构静力学分析,得出压焊时压力缸所需输出的合适压力及工件受压力后的应力应变关系。
In order to improve the welding production efficiency of the blanks of pipe pile end plates,an automated welding production line needs to be designed.After the blank is cut on the sawing machine,there will be warpage on the two surfaces of the upper and lower seams,so the design of the pressure welding mechanism is particularly important.This paper designs a pressure welding mechanism model of the pipe pile end plate.ANSYS Workbench software is used to perform structural statics analysis on the compression of the blank,the appropriate pressure required by the pressure cylinder during pressure welding and the relationship between the stress and strain of the workpiece after compression are obtained.
