摘要
针对深孔、盲孔、交叉孔等难加工位置处毛刺的去除需求,对超声振动去毛刺系统进行了研究。分析了超声振动去毛刺系统的组成结构,对纵扭复合超声振动去毛刺工具头进行了设计,利用ANSYS对其振动特性进行了分析,对其结构进行了优化,最后给出了合适的超声振动去毛刺工具头结构,为超声振动去毛刺系统的进一步研究打下了基础。
An ultrasonic vibration deburring system is studied for removing burrs in deep holes,blind holes and cross holes.The components of the deburring ultrasonic vibration system are analyzed.The structure of longitudinal-torsional composite vibration deburring tool is designed.The vibration characteristic is analyzed by using ANSYS,and the structure is optimized.The appropriate ultrasonic vibration deburring tool structure is proposed.The results lay a foundation for further study on the ultrasonic vibration deburring system.
