高速轨道探伤车结构设计

摘要 针对铁路轨道探伤车价格昂贵且调度不便的现状,通过头型优化、转向架的独立轮对设计,降低轨道探伤车的空气阻力、减轻自身质量,使轨道探伤车稳定节能地运行,并将多种检测设备集于一体安装在探伤车内,结合牵引系统、检测系统、数据传输系统、数据分析系统进行动态综合检测,极大地提高轨道探伤业务的效率和准确度,同时减轻了工人的劳动强度。 In order to solve the problem of expensive and inconvenient dispatching of railway rail flaw detection vehicles,head shape optimization and independent wheel set design of the bogie are carried out to reduce the air resistance of rail flaw detection vehicles and reduce their weight,so that rail flaw detection vehicles operation becomes stable and energyefficient.This paper integrates a variety of detection equipment into a flaw detection vehicle,and combines dynamic detection with a traction system,detection system,data transmission system,and data analysis system to greatly improve the efficiency and accuracy of the rail flaw detection business,and reduce labor intensity for workers.
