风机机舱罩的参数化缠绕线型设计及其仿真 被引量:1

摘要 该研究利用参数化缠绕的方法,对风机机舱罩这一非圆截面组合体结构进行了缠绕线型设计和仿真。首先建立了机舱罩的数学模型,并以此为基础,利用微分几何的知识计算了其主体表面的测地线轨迹。根据该结构的特点设计了系数h(z),再以主体表面的测地线轨迹为基础,两者结合得出了机舱罩尾部表面的缠绕线型。最后,通过Unity3D等软件搭建了仿真环境,进行了机舱罩纤维缠绕的仿真实验,证明了此设计的可行性,也为类似结构的缠绕方法提供了参考。 This study uses the parametric filament winding method to design and simulate the winding pattern of nacelle cover which has typical non-circular cross section combined structure.The mathematical model of the nacelle cover is es-tablished.Based on this model,the geodesic trajectory of main body of nacelle cover is calculated using the knowledge of differential geometry.According to the geometric features of main body,the coefficient named h(z)is designed,on the basis of h(z)and geodesic trajectory of main body,winding line type of tail of nacelle cover is calculated.The simulation environ-ment is built using Unity3D software.Winding simulation experiment of nacelle cover is done,the results prove the feasi-bility of this design and also provide a reference for the filament winding process of similar structure.
