Parameter Optimization of Car Airbag Based on Slipway Test

摘要 为了对安全气囊的参数进行优化,利用人体损伤力学模型采用控制变量法分别进行了3次带安全气囊的滑台试验,通过对比3次优化试验的假人头部损伤的HIC值,确定排气孔直径为φ35 mm的安全气囊是能够满足标准规定损伤极限,同时也为最优的参数。 In order to optimize the airbag parameters,three times test with airbag slipway are conducted in this study using the human body damage mechanics model under the control variable method.By comparing head injuries of HIC value of dummy in the three optimization test to determine the vent diameter of 35 mm airbags can satisfy the standard of damage at the same time for the optimal parameters.
